Asia Cup T20 2022: Full squads, Fixtures & Preview: All you need to know

Six teams will take part in the Asia Cup 2022 which will be played between 27th August and 11th September in the UAE.

The Asia Cup was set to be held in Sri Lanka but has been shifted to the UAE due to the economic crisis and security threat in the island nation. Sri Lanka will continue to be in the official capacity of hosts.
The Asia Cup will be played from August 27 to September 11 in the T20 format. It will present a great opportunity for all the six participating teams to fine-tune their skills right before the upcoming T20 World Cup in Australia.
India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Afghanistan are the top five teams taking part in the competition. They will be joined by one of UAE, Kuwait, Singapore, and Hong Kong which will be decided through a Qualifier.
The teams have been divided into two groups of three each. India and Pakistan will be joined by the Qualifying team in Group A. Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka comprise Group B.
The much-anticipated India vs Pakistan clash will take place on Sunday, August 28 at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium.
