England Women are touring Ireland to take part in a 3 match ODI series and a 2 match T20I series. The tour begins on the 7th of September with the ODI format. The third and final ODI will be played on the 11th of September.

The 3 match ODI series will be part of the ongoing cycle of ICC Women’s Championship 2022/23-2025.

The T20I series will begin on the 14th of September, with the second and last T20I to be played on the 15th of September, 2024.

ODI series is scheduled to be played at the Civil Service Cricket Club, Stormont in Belfast while the T20I series will be held at the Clontarf Cricket Club in Dublin.

Both the teams are missing out on key players and especially their full time skipper. Heather Knight and Laura Delany are set to miss the tour with Kate Cross and Gaby Lewis named as stand-in captains.

Ireland Women will see the return of Una Raymond-Hoey in the fold after she missed out, following an injury against Sri Lanka Women in the T20I's. Ireland Women are strengthened by the presence of in-form players like Orla Prendergast, Gaby Lewis, Arlene Kelly and Rebecca Stokell. Ireland Women also performed well against Sri Lanka Women and they should give England Women a decent competition.

England Women on the other hand have included power hitters like Hollie Armitage, Bess Heath and Paige Scholfield in their squad based on their recent domestic performances. Tammy Beaumont has also been selected based on her form in The Hundred Women's. England Women are looking quite strong and should dominate Ireland Women in both the formats.

Key Players in both teams:

England Women (ODI's) - Tammy Beaumont, Bess Heath, Bryony Smith, Mady Villiers

Ireland Women (ODI's) - Gaby Lewis, Arlene Kelly, Orla Prendergast, Rebecca Stokell

England Women (T20I's) - Ryana MacDonald-Gay, Charis Pavely, Paige Scholfield, Hollie Armitage
