Farokh Engineer: World Cup Final Will Be A Humdinger

The two best teams in the competition have made it through to the World Cup final, says Farokh Engineer.

I think if the game was in Auckland, I would definitely favour New Zealand because of the shorter boundaries. They are playing at the MCG where their big shots may not quite reach the stands.

Nevertheless, Brendon McCullum can destroy any bowling attack on his day.

I think it's 50-50 but I would love for New Zealand to win actually.

One thing is for sure, it's going to be an absolute cracker of a final, an absolute humdinger, because New Zealand don't muck about, they go for the jugular right from the start.

Plus, they are in good form, McCullum and Martin Guptill in particular, they are a good fielding side and a good bowling side.

It makes for a hell of a final because although Australia have in the past beaten New Zealand quite easily, this time it won't be that easy.

Only a brave man or a daft man would pick a winner between the two!
