Get your hands on Ben Stokes’ match-worn gloves from the 2015 Ashes at October 3 auction

Cricket fans have the chance to get their hands on a pair of signed gloves worn by Ben Stokes during the 2015 Ashes series. Estimated at £2000-4000, they will be offered for auction at Ewbank’s in Surrey on October 3.
The match-worn New Balance gloves, each of which is signed by Stokes on the wristband, come complete with certificate of authenticity from sports events organisers Under the Posts and a copy of the original charity auction catalogue from when they were first sold.
“With 11 fours and 8 sixes, Ben Stokes has just created what many believe to be the greatest innings of all time with his unbeaten 135 in the third Ashes Test, so the chance to buy Ashes gloves worn by his golden hands is a rare opportunity indeed,” said Ewbank’s Auctions specialist Alastair McCrea.
Stokes’ gloves will appear in Ewbank’s Entertainment and Memorabilia auction and fans can bid live online by registering via the auctioneers’ website at www.ewbankauctions.co.uk
Ewbank’s sold the first part of the collection of movie posters from London’s greatest film fan, Anthony Duggan, in a £75,000 sale in August. More highlights from the collection are due to come up for sale soon.
