ICC Women's T20 WC Africa Qualifier 2023 - Squads, Fixtures and All you need to know

The ICC Women's T20 WC Africa Qualifier is commencing on the 9th of December, 2023 with Zimbabwe Women and Kenya Women facing off in the inaugural match.

The top two teams from the competition will proceed on to play in the ICC Women's T20 World Cup Qualifier 2024 to be held early next year.

There are 8 teams participating in the competition namely Botswana, Kenya, Namibia, Nigeria, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda and Zimbabwe. The teams are divided into a group of two.

Group A - Botswana, Kenya, Tanzania and Zimbabwe

Group B - Namibia, Nigeria, Rwanda and Uganda

A total of 16 matches will be played during the tournament. Each team will face each other once in their respective group.

The top two teams from each of the group will proceed to play in the Semi Finals. The Final match of the competition will be played on the 17th of December. All of the matches are scheduled to be played at the Entebbe Cricket Oval, Uganda.
