KPL 2019 Qualifier 1 - Cricket Betting Tips and Match Prediction - Bellary Tuskers v Belagavi Panthers
The Qualifier 1 of the Karnataka Premier League 2019 will be played between Bellary Tuskers and Belagavi Panthers at the Srikantadatta Narasimha Raja Wadiyar Ground in Mysore.
Bellary Tuskers topped the points table at the end of the league stage with four wins and two losses from six matches. Belagavi Panthers were at the second place and were able to make it to Qualifier 1. They have three wins and two losses from six matches while one of their games was washed out.
After winning the penultimate match of the group stage against Shivamogga Lions by a huge margin of 70 runs, the Tuskers could not get over the Mysuru Warriors challenge in the last match and lost by three wickets, despite half-centuries from CM Gautam and Devdutt Padikkal and some good bowling from all-rounder Krishnappa Gowtham.
It was Manish Pandey who joined Belagavi Panthers for a couple of matches and provided the team with the much-required momentum as they were once down in the tournament. However, they seen to have picked up pace.
Even in the absence of Pandey, who is busy in the India A series against South Africa A, the Panthers won by seven wickets in their last league match against Bijapur Bulls on the back of a 50 from Ravikumar Samarth and crucial contributions from middle order batsmen Dikshankshu Negi and Abhinav Manohar.
