Netherland’s men XI plays 4 T20I’s vs U.A.E.

The Netherlands men’s XI and the U.A.E. will face off in 4 T20 Internationals in The Netherlands this week. This series will count towards the ICC MRF Tyres T20I ranking. The Netherlands finds itself in 13^th position, the UAE occupies 16^th place in the ranking.

Coach Ryan Campbell has selected a few young and talented players, like Tonny Staal and Hidde Overdijk from the renowned HCC cricket club in The Hague, Philippe Boissevain of Voorburg CC and Sebastiaan Braat who plays for the Schiedam-based team Hermes DVS. Pieter Seelaar is captain and Scott Edwards, who topped the batting in the inaugural European Cricket League club championship over the past week with some remarkable innings, will be the wicketkeeper.
