Chandimal And Hafeez Sanctioned For Dissent

Pakistan batsman Mohammad Hafeez and Sri Lankan counterpart Dinesh Chandimal have both been punished for dissent following incidents in the Twenty20 International in Abu Dhabi. Hafeez was handed a reprimand and Chandimal was fined ten percent of his match fee after both players showed dissent on being given out leg before wicket.

This week's Cricket World Player of the Week is Mohammad Hafeez after he hit 119 and took four wickets in Pakistan's win over Zimbabwe. Other contenders for the award were Tino Mawoyo, who carried his bat for 163 in Pakistan's first innings, Nathan Lyon who took five wickets on debut, and Ryan Harris who took five wickets to seal Australia's win over Sri Lanka in the first Test.
