Following a massive century from Liton Das, Bangladesh bowlers tore apart the Afghanistan batsmen leading to an 88 run win today at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium, Chattogram.

Scorecard

Bangladesh won the toss and elected to bat, Tamim Iqbal dismissed early at the hands of Fazalhaq Farooqi (1/59).

Liton Das (136) had other ideas though, as he smashed a sensational century to get Bangladesh back on track.

Fareed Malik (2/56) took an important wicket before Mushfiqur Rahim (86) joined the fray and gave Bangladesh the edge.

Bangladesh left the field on 306/4, in good shape to defend.

In reply, Riaz Hussan was run-out early, his partner Rahmat Shah(52) going on to hit a half century.

Taskin Ahmed (2/31) was on fire early, joined by Shakib Al Hasan (2/38) later on to take some important wickets.

Najibullah Zadran (54) added another half century but it wasn't enough, Afghanistan's batting line-up collapsed, as Bangladesh won by 88 runs.
