Brandon McMullen's 61 not out took Scotland to a 7 wicket win over Oman in the ICC Men's T20 World Cup, at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium in North Sound, Antigua, today.

After opting to bat, Oman posted 150 for seven in their 20 overs and in their response Scotland chased down the target in 13.1 overs to finish on 153 for three in the 20th game of the tournament.

Oman kept losing wickets at regular intervals and were reduced to 71 for four. It was left to wicketkeeper Pratik Athavale to hold the innings together. Athavale made 54 off 40 balls with five boundaries and two sixes. Athavale put on 43 runs for the fifth wicket with Ayaan Khan.
