Here's the summary of what happened down there in the middle in match 3 of #KPL8:#BPvBT #KPLNoduGuru #KPL2019 pic.twitter.com/c9xS9DE033
After the early dismissal of Karthik CA, opener Abhishek Reddy and Devdutt Padikkal gave Bellary Tuskers a good start. While Reddy was dismissed for 35, Padikkal went on to score a half-century.
He got good support from skipper CM Gautam. But the two did not go at a great pace because of which Bellary Tuskers could not achieve the desired score.
Due to some tight bowling from Zahoor Farooqui and Dikshankshu Negi, Tuskers could only manage 144 from the 20 overs, which was a slightly below-par total.

Belagavi Panthers did not start well and were struggling at 54-5 at one point. However, Abhinav Manohar, Dikshanshu Negi and Ritesh Bhatkal then stringed together small partnerships to take the match deep.
