Cricket World's Player of the Week - Ben Duckett, Nottinghamshire CCC

Nottinghamshire opener Ben Duckett crafted his best innings of 218 on Day Two of the Vitality County Championship against Warwickshire.

He hammered a mammoth 25 fours on his way to the total, facing a total of 264 balls in the innings, eventually being removed by Dan Mousley.

Unfortunately weather also played a role on Day Two, only allowing for 35 overs of play in this encounter, and dampening county cricket fans spirit all over the UK.

The weather would also plague the outcome of the game, as both Day 3 and 4 would be affected, before the match being ended a draw at the close of the fourth day of play.
